SHIPPING TIMELINE

LittleBird takes utmost care in manufacturing each and every piece of furniture and such care takes time. All orders are shipped within 14 days of a confirmed order and takes another 2-7 days to be delivered across India.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

LittleBird relies on third party shipping partners for all last mile deliveries. We are only able to provide door step delivery for the product and the shipping partner would not be responsible for bringing the product into your home. Please also note that for any delivery on an upper floor it is mandatory for a lift for the shipping partner to be able to provide door step delivery. In case no lift is available the delivery partner would only be able to provide delivery till the Ground Floor or the receiving bay.

SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES

LittleBird ships all its products throughout the country through our third party shipping partners. The shipping costs will be calculated at the time of checkout and will be added to your account.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

LittleBird is proud of the amount care that goes into each product and backs it up with a 2-year warranty against any manufacturing defects. Since, each product is hand crafted especially for our clients, we are unable to accept any refund requests. However, in exceptional circumstances we would try our best to accommodate you.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUND

We try to get your order to you at the earliest. In order to be able to do so, we need to process each order at the earliest, hence delayed cancellations can be hard to accept. Cancellations can be accepted within 24 hours of placing the order.

TAX

All our prices are inclusive of all taxes and duties.
