Totally dissatisfied

Overall there were several issues with it:
On unboxing, we found there was no manual which made it difficult to put together.
Also, there was a lack of alignment between various holes that made it difficult to fit the screws.
The biggest problem was with the size promised. Your website mentions the size as L 180CM X W 80CM X H 200CM; which does not match with the actual size.
Further, the crash pad that came along with it is too big to fit the space.
Really disappointed with the quality especially after paying a premium price.

Lead time from order to delivery is very slow.
Took more than 45 days to deliver the order.
Also need to arrange a team for installation. Even at additional cost service should be provided.
